Refund & Return Policy (DNSL)

At DNSL, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure all products are delivered in excellent condition. However, if you face any issue, our return and refund policy is given below:

✅ Return Eligibility

A product can be returned or exchanged if:

  • The item is damaged during delivery
  • The item is defective / not working
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is missing accessories or parts

⏳ Return Time Period

Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product is:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packing with box and accessories
  • With original invoice / receipt

🔁 Exchange Policy

DNSL provides exchange in case of:

  • Manufacturing fault
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product received damaged

After verification, the product will be exchanged with the same model or equivalent value product.

💰 Refund Policy

Refund will be issued only if:

  • The product is out of stock for replacement
  • The product cannot be repaired or replaced

Refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days after approval.

Refund method:

  • Bank transfer / online payment reversal
  • EasyPaisa / JazzCash (if applicable)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or power issues
  • Items without original packaging
  • Software/opened license products
  • Products with broken warranty seals
  • Items returned after 48 hours

🚚 Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to DNSL error (wrong/damaged product), DNSL will bear shipping charges
  • If the return is due to customer preference, customer will bear shipping charges

🛠 Warranty Claims

All warranty claims will be handled according to the brand’s official warranty terms. DNSL will assist in processing warranty claims.
