DNSL provides shipping services across Pakistan through reliable courier partners.

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
π¦ Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the customerβs location:
- Karachi: 1β2 working days
- Major Cities: 2β4 working days
- Remote Areas: 3β7 working days
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen situations.
π° Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on:
- Product size and weight
- Delivery city/location
- Courier service rates
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or confirmed by DNSL before dispatch.
π΅ Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available in selected cities only.
For high-value orders, DNSL may request advance payment or partial payment before dispatch.
π² Tracking Details
Once the order is shipped, DNSL will provide tracking details via:
- WhatsApp / SMS
- Email (if provided)
Customers can track their shipment using the tracking number shared.
β Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer not available
- Phone number unreachable
The parcel may be returned to DNSL. Re-dispatch may require additional shipping charges.
π¦ Damaged / Missing Items Policy
If your parcel is delivered in damaged condition or missing items, you must contact DNSL within 48 hours of delivery.
For quick resolution, customers should provide:
- Clear pictures of product/packing
- Invoice copy
- Unboxing video (recommended)
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
